Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Which home devices work with it?
Patients type in readings from any home monitor, the one they own or one you recommend.
Who is clinically responsible?
Your clinicians. Pulse flags and queues readings; your team decides what happens next.
How is patient information protected?
We handle patient information in line with POPIA, and access is by role: only your practice’s team can see your patients.
Does it replace our practice software?
No. It sits alongside the system you bill from. Your billing, claims and medical aid submissions stay where they are.
What if a patient logs a dangerous reading after hours?
Readings aren’t watched in real time, and the app says so where patients log: “Not watched in real time. In an emergency, call 10177 or 112.” Your team reviews flagged readings in working hours.
Do we need an IT project?
No. Your team adds patients from the provider app and they start logging on ours.
Can it carry our own name?
Yes, for larger practice groups. Your own branded app, with setup and maintenance priced separately. See the options for groups and hospitals.
How is it priced?
Your practice pays a monthly subscription, and patients use the app free. Talk to us for a quote.
Start with a pilot.
Pulse is in pilot with medical practices. Start with a group of your patients, success agreed up front, or come and see how our doctors use it.
